Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Olessia but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced, unworn and unaltered items. 

Returns are only available to usa customers at this time.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGE

 

·       The item for exchange must be sent to Olessia.

·       It must arrive in perfect condition, unused and with the tag and sticker sent.

·       Once the item has been shipped, there are only 14 days for exchanges, only one exchange is made and the customer must pay the shipping costs.

·       Products purchased with a discount will not be exchanged.


 

 

Refunds

Please note that once your order enters our system, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
